Collect photos from guests without chasing anyone

After most events, the best photos never reach the host. They stay on guests’ phones, get compressed in group chats or disappear into a dozen different apps. QR code photo sharing fixes that: one code on the tables, one place for every picture.

With FrameInvite, the code opens your event page in the guest’s own browser, so it works like a guest photo sharing app without anyone installing one. Guests choose photos from their camera roll, add their name if they like and upload. You get the originals, not screenshots, plus a live photo slideshow for the screen at the venue.

Where to put your QR code

  • 1On every table, beside the place cards or the menu.
  • 2On the welcome sign at the entrance.
  • 3At the bar or buffet, where phones are already out.
  • 4On screen, next to the live slideshow.
How it works

From the table to the album in three steps

  1. 01Create your event pagePick a template and add the date and place. The same page holds your invitation and RSVPs before the event.
  2. 02Print or show the QR codeDownload the QR code made for your page and put it on table cards, signs or the screen at the venue.
  3. 03Guests upload, you keep everythingPhotos appear on the photo wall and the live slideshow straight away, then stay in your gallery to download.
Why it works

Built for the photos people actually take

✓

No app, no account

Guests upload from the browser already on their phone. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

✓

Full-quality originals

Every photo is kept at its original resolution, including iPhone HEIC photos, which are converted for you.

✓

A live photo slideshow

Put the slideshow on a TV or projector and new photos fade in as guests add them.

✓

One shared album

Guests see the photo wall and can filter it to the photos they added themselves.

✓

Download everything

Save the whole gallery as one ZIP of original photos whenever you like.

✓

You stay in control

Hide any photo in one tap. Only people with your link can see the gallery.

On the day

A live slideshow for the big screen

Open the slideshow on any TV, laptop or projector. New photos fade in as they arrive, with the guest’s name and a QR code so more guests join in.

FAQ

Questions about photo sharing

It is a printed code that opens a page where guests upload their photos. Event photo sharing with a QR code means guests don’t need your number, an app or an invitation to a shared album: they scan and upload.
