01Who we are

FrameInvite provides event pages for invitations, RSVPs and photo sharing. The service is run by FrameInvite, based in Cameroon. We are responsible for the information in host accounts. For guest replies and photos, the host decides what to collect and we look after that information on their behalf.

02What we collect

We collect different information depending on how you use FrameInvite.

• Hosts: your name and email address, and your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google.
• Event details you add, such as dates, the venue, text and photos.
• Guests: the name and answers entered in the RSVP form, and any phone numbers a host adds to send personal links.
• When a personal invitation link was opened, so the host can see who has seen it.
• Photos that guests and hosts upload, at their original resolution, with the name the uploader gives.
• Technical information such as your browser and IP address, used to keep you signed in and to protect the service from abuse.

03How we use it

We use this information to run your event page, show replies to the host, make photo previews (including converting HEIC photos from iPhones), process payments and protect the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

04We never message your guests

FrameInvite does not send invitations, reminders or marketing to guests. Hosts share their link themselves, over WhatsApp, text message, social media or a printed QR code. Reminder buttons open the host’s own messaging app. The only emails we send are sign-in links to hosts.

05Who can see what

• Anyone with the link can see an event page.
• Only the host can see the guest list, replies, meal choices and answers.
• The host and guests with the link can see the photo wall and the gallery. Hosts can hide any photo.

06Services we use

We rely on a few trusted companies to run FrameInvite. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

• Paddle, our reseller, handles checkout, payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. We never see or store card numbers.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Resend, to deliver sign-in emails.
• Cloudflare, to store and deliver photos.
• Neon, to host our database, and our server provider, to run the application.

07How long we keep it

Guest photos are kept for the gallery period of the event’s plan: 3 months on Plus and 1 year on Premium, counted from the event date, or longer if the host extends it. Afterwards they are deleted for good, so download any photos you want to keep before then.

Event pages, guest lists and replies are kept until the host deletes the event or their account. Deleting an account deletes its events, replies and photos with it.

08Cookies and browser storage

We use only what the service needs to work: a cookie that keeps hosts signed in, a cookie that remembers a guest’s reply on their device, one that remembers your language, and a few values in your browser’s local storage that remember the name you add to photos and which photos you uploaded. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle may set its own cookies during checkout.

09Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from your account settings. Guests can ask the host, or write to us and we will help.
